Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, LaTeX or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all the other coauthors. It is also the submitting author’s responsibility to ensure that the article has all necessary institutional approvals.

Preparation of Figures and Tables

The authors should include all figures and tables in the manuscript, and should not submit Figures and tables in separate files., Authors will be asked to provide the source files of the figures if the article is accepted.

  • Use High-resolution figures (300 dpi) should be used.
  • Tables and figures should appear in the text near where they are referenced in the text.
  • Use at least 10 pt font size in tables, figures, and graphs.
  • Figures, graphs, and tables should be easily readable when viewed on a standard 12-inch computer screen or printed on a regular size paper.
  • The figure captions should be placed directly below the figure. If the figure has multiple parts, include the labels below each part but above the figure caption.
  • All figures and tables must be cited in the text. When citing a figure in the text, use the abbreviation “Fig.” except at the beginning of a sentence. However, do not abbreviate “Table.”
  • All figures and tables must be numbered sequentially with relation to other figures and tables.
  • Do not leave empty spaces below any figure or table.

References

Authors may submit their references in any style. If accepted, these will be reformatted properly by To Physics Journal. The authors are responsible for ensuring that the information in each reference is complete and accurate. All references should be numbered consecutively in the order of their first citation. Citations of references in the text should be identified using numbers in square brackets, e.g., “as discussed by Smith [9]”; “as discussed elsewhere [9, 10]”. All references should be cited within the text, and uncited references will be removed.

Research Articles

Research articles should present the results of an original research study. These manuscripts should describe how the research project was conducted and provide a thorough analysis of the results of the project. Systematic reviews may be submitted as research articles.

Review Articles

 A review article provides an overview of the published literature in a particular subject area.

Short Communications

Short communication should not exceed 3000 words (4 printed pages) with a maximum 4 figures or tables.
